Henan Hongxinghua Aluminum Co., Ltd., established in 2018, is a leading manufacturer of high-quality aluminum profiles based in Minquan County, Shangqiu City, Henan Province, China. Specializing in aluminum formwork, supporting profiles, and related products, we provide comprehensive services from R&D and casting to extrusion, processing, and recycling. Our state-of-the-art production lines, coupled with stringent quality control systems, ensure the reliability and precision of every product we deliver.

 

We operates a large and advanced manufacturing facility covering 550 mu (approximately 1,677 acres). The factory is equipped with essential production equipment, including an aluminum bar melting furnace, extrusion presses, and CNC machining centers. We specialize in producing high-quality aluminum alloy profiles, such as 6061 and 6082, with the capacity to produce up to 50 tons of aluminum profiles daily. Before shipment, all products undergo rigorous testing for dimensional accuracy, hardness, and strength to ensure they meet precise engineering specifications.

The workshop process begins with the recycling of used aluminum formwork, which is first crushed and then melted and cast into aluminum bars. The aluminum bars are then processed through an extruder into various aluminum profiles, which are then cut into formwork materials. The finished products are then installed on-site, with some materials recycled.
