Dimensional and Tolerance Checks
We measure key dimensions such as width, height, wall thickness, length, straightness, flatness, and hole/slot fit using tools like calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and CMMs.
Surface Inspection
Profiles are checked for scratches, dents, cracks, burrs, extrusion lines, and deformation. We use lighting and magnification to detect even the smallest surface defects.
Material and Performance Testing
Upon request, we provide strength, hardness, RoHS reports, and material certificates, depending on project requirements.
