1. Excellent Load-Bearing Performance
The L-shaped aluminum profile is designed with a right-angle cross-section, giving it strong rigidity and stability in both vertical and horizontal directions. Produced through precision extrusion, its dimensional tolerance is controlled within ±0.2 mm, ensuring consistent quality.

With a density of only 2.7 g/cm³-about one-third that of steel-the 6061-T6 aluminum alloy greatly reduces structural weight while maintaining excellent strength. 3. Natural Corrosion Resistance
Aluminum naturally forms a thin oxide layer (0.005–0.01 mm) that protects against oxidation and corrosion. For outdoor or long-term exposure, anodizing can increase the oxide film thickness to 5–15 μm, further improving resistance to moisture, acid, alkali, and salt spray.
