Highly Reusable
Made from 6061-T6 high-strength aluminum alloy with a 4.0 mm thick panel, the formwork offers excellent wear and structural resistance. After anodizing, a dense oxide film improves corrosion and impact resistance. Each set can be reused over 300 times, over six times longer than ordinary wooden formwork (20–50 uses). This long lifespan reduces cost per use, lowers replacement frequency, and helps avoid construction delays, delivering a higher return on investment.

 

High Load-Bearing Capacity
The system provides a load capacity of 30–50 kN/m², meeting the demands of residential and mid-to-high-rise concrete pours. Using aluminum extrusion at 450–500°C and precise T6 heat treatment, the formwork achieves high strength and stability. All components are produced with a tolerance under 0.2 mm, ensuring uniform force distribution and safe, stable construction.

 

Excellent Corrosion Resistance
An anodized surface layer (10–25 μm thick) protects against moisture, alkaline concrete, and harsh environments. The treated surface offers five times the durability of untreated metal in salt spray tests. The hard, smooth surface also prevents concrete adhesion, allowing easy demolding and a cleaner concrete finish, which shortens the construction cycle.

 

Lightweight and Modular Design
With a density one-third that of steel, aluminum alloy makes handling easy. The modular system is customized per project drawing, with processing accuracy within ±0.2 mm for fast and precise installation. Standard workers can assemble or move panels without heavy machinery, reducing labor costs and shortening the construction period by around 30%.
