Features of Aluminum Formwork System Design
High-Strength Material for Reliable Load Capacity
Made from 6061-T6 aluminum alloy, the formwork offers a yield strength above 240 MPa and a tensile strength over 300 MPa. The system provides a bearing capacity of 30–50 kN/m², supporting walls, slabs, and beams during concrete pouring. Its performance combines the mechanical strength of the alloy with an optimized structural design, making it ideal for medium- and high-rise residential and apartment projects.
Optimized Thickness and Structural Balance
With a standard panel thickness of 4.0 mm, the system maintains rigidity and lightweight balance. The thickness is precisely calculated to limit local deflection to less than 1/400 of the panel span without adding extra supports. This design effectively prevents deformation while keeping the formwork light, improving on-site handling and installation efficiency.
High Reusability and Low Life-Cycle Cost
The formwork can be reused over 300 times, outperforming traditional steel systems (100–150 uses). Its durability comes from the corrosion and fatigue resistance of 6061-T6 aluminum and a protective anodized oxide layer, which improves wear and alkali resistance. Even in humid or alkaline environments such as basements or bathrooms, the formwork retains its shape and accuracy, reducing maintenance and replacement costs.
Smooth Concrete Finish, No Plastering Needed
Each panel is CNC-polished and anodized, achieving a surface roughness better than Ra 1.6 μm. The system controls joint and alignment errors within 2 mm, ensuring excellent verticality and flatness of concrete walls. The resulting surface is smooth and clean, eliminating the need for plastering and saving both material and labor costs while improving finishing efficiency.
